Kickoff: Begin working through the step-by-step process with regular check-ins. Up to 5 one-to-one Zoom calls and WhatsApp support with Kelly and the team.
Ongoing Support: WhatsApp support available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm UK time. Kelly personally signs off at every key stage.
Product Delivery: Support continues until your product is delivered into Amazon (typically around 5 months).
